The General Conditions are subject to the regulations in force according to Legislative Decree 185/1999 relating to consumer protection for distance contracts, taking into account that the services offered are free of charge. In particular, Users hold the right to withdraw from the contract according to the procedures and within the time limits provided for by current legislation.
The contents of this site (http://www.sgmarketing.it) are created and checked as accurately as possible. The Property cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions and any direct or indirect damage deriving from these - Reselling or commercial use of Services is forbidden
The right of Users to use the Services is personal and not transferable.
Users are strictly forbidden to resell or make any commercial use of the Services without the written consent of the Property. - Disclaimer of warranty
The User acknowledges that the use of the Services is at his/her/ own and exclusive risk. The services are supplied as they are and as they are available. The property offers no warranty that the Services correspond to the requirements of the User, or that they are continuous, safe or free from errors; furthermore, no warranty is given as to results expected, hoped for, or attained by using the services. - User responsibility
The User acknowledges that he/she is the sole responsible for any information, messages, texts software, data, sounds, music, photographs, graphics, videos or any other material he/she transmits, publishes, exchanges or makes in any other way available through the Services, and commits him/herself to releasing from responsibility and holding harmless the Property from any claims and/or demands on behalf of third parties deriving from their Contributions; - Information and data
The Property is not required to carry out any verification activities on the lawfulness, truthfulness, validity, accuracy, non-fallaciousness, non-offensiveness of User Contributions, with particular, but not exclusive, reference to Services Users. In any case, the Property reserves the right to refuse and/or delete at its discretion any Contributions it deems unsuitable to be transmitted, published, exchanged or made in any other way available via its Services; - Responsibility
The Property declines any responsibility for damages, claims, losses, direct or indirect, deriving to the User or to third parties from Contributions that have been transmitted, published, exchanged or made available via its Services;
The User acknowledges he/she understands and accepts all the terms and conditions of the Contract and, under articles 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code, declares he/she has carefully read and specifically approves all the previous clauses.
